I am a licensed massage therapist with advanced training in Medical Massage and Cranial Sacral Unwinding. These specialties allow me to identify the safest, most effective modality to use based on my client’s unique needs. I strongly believe that everyone is special and deserves their massage treatment to be so as well.
 
My husband Chris and I came to Phoenix from our hometown of Anchorage, Alaska to be near my mother while she was ill.  My mother is a constant inspiration to me, as she always encouraged my siblings and I to pursue our dreams and to find occupations that truly make us happy. Becoming a massage therapist allowed me to assist in her relaxation, comfort, pain relief and peace during the last years of her life. It also helped me to cope with the loss of my mother by continuing to help others in their life healing, after her passing. 
 
I have met so many wonderful people because of my business.  Both clients and other practitioners have been very inspirational while sharing their life stories of healing. Seeing them realize they have the power to heal themselves, and that I am just the facilitator, is one of my greatest joys.
 
The things in life we must do to take care of ourselves and to heal ourselves are not always our top priority because of other life responsibilities.  I have priced my treatments to be affordable so that clients can make themselves and their healing a top priority. I love what I do.
