Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage
This modality is the most common form of massage. Swedish relaxes muscles and eases aches and pains. Long connective strokes create a gentle therapeutic massage experience.
Myotherapy
A complete system of therapeutic massage utilizing advanced assessment skills to determine the holding patterns of the body. The body is revitalized, rehabilitated and restored to its natural state of harmony through the use of range of motion, therapeutic ‘platform’ and deep tissue release techniques. The treatments are interactive and very energetic in design.
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic “drainage” massage is a gentle and wonderful way to promote balance of the body’s internal chemistry, purify and regenerate tissues, normalize functions of organs and promote immune system function.
Deep Tissue Massage
Slow, deep compressions and strokes affect the deeper structures of the muscular skeletal system, skin and superficial fascia. Deep Tissue utilizes these strokes as a wonderful way for treating new and old injuries, increasing range of motion and reducing scar tissue.
Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses long, flowing strokes, often performed with the forearms, to mimic the rhythm of ocean waves. It’s both a physical and spiritual practice, aimed at releasing tension, promoting circulation, and restoring balance. Practitioners often incorporate prayer, breathwork, and a deep sense of aloha (compassion and love) into the session.
Thai Massage
Thai massage is an ancient healing practice rooted in Ayurvedic and Buddhist traditions. It combines acupressure, assisted yoga stretches, and rhythmic compression along energy lines (called sen). Performed on the massage table with the recipient fully clothed, it improves flexibility, relieves muscle tension, and enhances energy flow throughout the body.

Energy Bodywork Therapy
Cranial Unwinding Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle hands on modality that works with the bones of the cranium and sacrum.  Gentle palpation and a soft but precise touch is used to hold the bones of the cranium and sacrum; allowing the body and nervous system to slowly “unwind”.   This holding facilitates the release of deep seeded tensions in the body’s soft tissue that surround the central nervous system, the spinal cord and the brain helping to establishing the optimal flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the body.
Reiki
Reiki balances the energy field on a spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical plane. Reiki therapy assists in resolving problems, achieving goals, connecting to one’s higher consciousness and spiritual purpose.
Reflexology
The human body mirrors itself in reflex points located in the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is the application of pressure and movement to these areas to remove congested energy which releases stress and tension in other parts of the body creating physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
Myofascial Massage
An approach to massage where all the layers of the tissue are addressed. It works on tension patterns that are repetitive in nature, which are causes for pain. The constrictions in the skin, superficial fascia, fascia, myofascia or muscle, joint and bone are assessed and released. The fluid between the layers are stabilized and energy can run more freely throughout the body.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity is a hands-on energetic bodywork that aims to correct the imbalances in the flow of energy. Enabling the body’s own self-healing mechanism’s by releasing and clearing stuck or stagnant energy and promoting optimal energy flow to help bring the body back into balance.

Polarity is based on the premise that we are all fields of pulsating life energy and made of specific frequencies that are known as the five elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.  Within these energy currents there are positive, negative and neutral poles. We may perceive any disruptions or imbalances in these currents as stress, pain or tension and disease (physically, mentally and emotionally).

Polarity body work will involve gentle rocking, stretching, breathing, and verbal communication techniques as well as pressure sensitive touch that can range from light to deep depending on each client’s individual needs.  The client may experience a wide range of sensations in the body; that may include heat, cold, tingling, and physical release.
